Shipping & Delivery

Shipping cost(s) are not included in the price of any product on My 40 in 4 Chair. Shipping cost(s) will be added to orders at the time of purchase. All orders are shipped via UPS (no PO boxes), Monday through Saturday, to the continental United States only. Larger and Canadian orders will ship via couriers (call customer service for details). For an approximate shipping quote, enter the shipping zip code at the bottom of the shopping cart and select the method of shipment. Shipping price includes delivery to the front door, or inside of apartment buildings or multi-unit buildings. No kind of unpacking, assembly, or installation is included.

If you believe that your copyright in any material has been infringed on My 40 in 4 Chair's site, please contact My 40 in 4 Chair's Agent for Notice of Claims of copyright infringement by sending an email to service@my40in4chair.com. You must provide the following information:

(1) Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All orders are transmitted over secure Internet connections using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology. All of your personal information including your credit card information and sign-in password are stored in encrypted format at all times. This Website, and more importantly all user information, is further protected by a multi-layer firewall based security system.

Opt Out Policy

If you would prefer not to receive our catalog, or if you are receiving extra copies that you do not need, please e-mail us at service@my40in4chair.com with your name and address in the body of the message. If you would prefer not to receive our newsletter, you may use the remove functionality located at the bottom of each newsletter, or send an e-mail to service@my40in4chair.com with 'unsubscribe' in the subject line. Please be sure to e-mail us from the address that you want removed. Returns & Replacements

We stand behind the quality of everything we sell. Your satisfaction with our products is of the utmost importance to us. We make every effort to select and sell products constructed of the highest-grade materials, built by selected manufacturers to exacting standards.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately so that we can promptly resolve it for you. Full refunds (less shipping fees) will be issued if merchandise is returned prepaid in its original condition within 30 days; otherwise a re-stocking fee may be charged. Credit card orders will receive funds in the form of a credit.

Ordering

To begin, click "Add to cart" on any product detail page. Once you have added an item to your order you may either click "Continue Shopping" or "Checkout" at the bottom of the shopping cart page. When you click "Checkout" you will be asked to Sign In. The "Sign In" page is where new customers create an account. You can only create an account or sign in to your existing account after you have added an item to your order and clicked the "Checkout" button.

Orders of 0-30 chairs will ship within 2 business days.  31-100 chairs will ship within 8 business days.  Orders of more than 100 chairs will be assigned a ship time on a case by case basis.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Payment is due at the time of sale by credit card, check, or money order. Send checks or money orders to: Billing Department, My 40/4 Chair, 1965 Pratt Blvd., Elk Grove Village, IL 60007. All pricing is determined at the time of sale and is final.
My 40 in 4 Chair is required to collect sales tax in Illinois, the U.S. in state where we have operations. Sales tax is applied to the total amount of the order in accordance with local tax laws.
When placing your order we estimate sales tax based upon the state, province or territory in which it is shipping to. All sales tax calculations are subject to revision & are recalculated on the day your order is shipped. If your order has more than one shipping address, sales tax will be applied to the individual items in your order based upon the specific ship-to destinations.
No sales tax is collected on the purchase of Gift Cards. However, purchases paid for with Gift Cards are subject to sales tax in accordance with the applicable laws.

Viewing Orders

To view all current open orders, navigate to My 40 in 4 Chair's homepage and click "My Account" in the upper right-hand corner. Once your chosen login username and password are entered, you may view your orders.

Updating Account Information

Navigate to My 40 in 4 Chair's homepage and click "My Account" in the upper right-hand corner. Upon logging in with your chosen username and password, click the appropriate link on the left side toolbar for all account information.
